David's Bagels - Pacifica
David's Bagels
Description
Tucked near the pier, this quaint neighborhood café draws locals with friendly service, well-made coffee (oat milk and house syrups available) and oversized pastries. Bagels come generously topped but can be doughy and cannot be toasted. Counter service is fast and there’s ample street parking, making it ideal for takeout breakfasts, though prices are on the higher side. A cozy, must-try spot for pastry and coffee lovers seeking a quick, pleasant morning stop.

Fantastic little shop with delicious bagels! The pastries look amazing as well—I’ll have to try them next time. It’s a lovely local business with friendly staff.
Kid-friendliness: They were really welcoming to our kids and made sure to include them in the conversation as well.
I was thrilled to finally have the chance to try this place! The bagels were fantastic, and the coffee was delicious. I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, and it was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly as well! Food: 5/5
The prices are a bit high at $24 per dozen and $4.50 for a coconut macaroon. But, who hasn't seen their prices increase lately? The staff was friendly, patient, and eager to assist with any questions I had as a first-time customer. There was plenty of street parking available. Food rating: 4/5.
I ordered an onion bagel with cream cheese and lox, while my daughter opted for an everything bagel with the same toppings. I prefer my bagels toasted, but unfortunately, that wasn't an option. The bagels were a bit on the doughy side, though they came with a generous amount of cream cheese and lox. Overall, I would rate our experience as ranging from not too bad to pretty good. It was a pleasant outing, and I plan to give it another try in the future—likely opting for a pastry instead of a bagel next time.
