As someone from New York wh... read more David's Bagels is outrageously expensive for just average bagels. Paying over $7 for a plain bagel with no toppings is unbelievable. As someone from New York who misses a good bagel sandwich spot, I was really disappointed—this definitely isn't it. To clarify, the photos of the menu this place shows are misleading. A bagel with lox costs $18 (!!), and everything else is around $7. Whoever is behind this venture needs to rethink their approach, because badgering customers won’t help. I also received a bagel that was misshapen and didn’t even resemble a proper bagel (see attached photo). Most importantly, the bagel was hard and stale.
