I was disappointed with Phoebe restaurant. The menu was limited and did not match the expectations I had for such a beautiful venue. Additionally, they do not accept cash, which was a dealbreaker for me. The cost of trying this place was not worth it. It felt like an automated experience, but with real people who were expensive.
