We heard so much about this place we decided to go for it. OMG it is delicious. Goat milk makes the ricotta with a little sugar and a very nice shell
After all the reviews we drove specially to find the bar but they had no cannoli at all, zero, nil, none So we brought a picnic instead
T\You have had many cannoli in the United States. Now eat one in this place and see what they should taste like and what you have been missing. No comparison. You will never want to eat one back home again. Do not miss.
The canolli are large and can be shared, they are not displayed you have to ask for them. The expresso is also very good.
Over the years, entirely genuinely ricotta has turned from something you could find, though seldom, into something nigh impossible to find except in super-gourmet metropolitan places (when you are lucky). This pastry shop has followed the same course. Today, their cannoli's ricotta isn't that of yesteryear at all; of course it still gets accolades from people who have never had a way to taste the old product — it's in effect impossible today to find the 100% genuine thing anywhere. From 5 out of 5 to a middling 3 out of 5.
