After trying Panera for the first time, I decided to give this restaurant a shot. I must say, the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl was simply amazing! I ordered a Baja chicken bowl for $20 and was disappointed to find that the rice was almost frozen and the chicken was cold. Overall, the meal was not worth the price. The service and atmosphere were mediocre. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Brian is an absolutely amazing manager! He is friendly and compassionate. I am so impressed with all the workers and their effort. On top of all that, the kitchen sink cookie is top tier. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The manager, Brian, is amazing. Brian has become my favorite, even though he doesn't know it yet!
Not sure what is happening, maybe a new manager? Anyway the food is not what it used to be, the server never seems to take your order correctly, and it seems like they are always out of something, not to mention the company chain keeps removing the most classic of the pastry,to replace with something of lesser quality!
