When the food arrived, only the sides and drink wer... read more I ordered through the KFC app and received a notification with the driver's name and estimated arrival time. When the food arrived, only the sides and drink were in the bag—my 16-piece tenders, pot pie, and biscuits were missing. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who argued that the missing items were in the bag, but I told her they were not. Then she said the food might still be in the pickup area and suggested I ask the driver to come back for it. I explained that since I ordered through the app, I had no way to contact the driver. She said she might have one order in her office, but she didn’t and insisted it wasn’t her problem. She said if the driver returned with another order, she would tell him to bring mine or try to get a refund, but again said it wasn’t her problem and then hung up on me. This was terrible customer service. I will be informing others and contacting corporate.

The sandwiches here are consistently hot and fresh, which isn’t always the case at other spots around town. I highly recommend this location in Santa Rosa. Be sure to stop by and give it a shot! I find... read more I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes. When I arrived, the staff was quite rude and informed me that the chicken for the sandwich was still frozen. I find it hard to believe that a restaurant can run out of chicken at 4 PM. We decided to leave and went to KFC instead. They had everything freshly cooked and made it perfectly. KFC is now our new go-to place. Thank you!

The service was a bit slow, especially since we were the only customers there. The pot pie had a wonderful flavor, but it could have used more chicken!
