Church's Texas Chicken - Pace

The positive note was that I didn't have to wait long. the chicken was boiled in old oil, I paid for the great family meal, which should feed 8 to 10 people, and they gave us only enough sides for hardly two to three people every item. and my family is not great eater. total disappointment for our father's meal. I tried to let them know that they truncated us on the side, but no one would answer the phone, and you couldn't leave a message because she said that the post was full. this company owes me a big loan!

Had to wait forever in the drive thru line just to order because nobody wanted to talk in the intercom. I finally asked someone who was headed inside (lobby closed) if their intercom was working and he said he would let the drive thru worker know there was a line. As soon as I drive up to place my order they start saying let me make sure we still have chicken. Luckily they did but they were out of mashed potatoes. I got my food pretty fast after listening to the employees making throw up sounds behind the window. Got home most of my food seemed fresh but my serving of fries was enough for one of my kids to eat and was ice cold. Very disappointed

Absolutely the worst fried chicken we've ever had. Evidently someone doesn't know how to cook chicken thoroughly. Got it home and found it wasn't cooked all the way, even the tenders. Then we didn't get any biscuits with it after they said it came with 6 biscuits. Have ate there before and it was good, but won't be back

Worst place ever!!! We had the worst experience I have ever had at the place and when you call to talk to someone they hang up on you or offer to give you a free Mac n cheese! DO NOT eat here! The customer service and food are terrible. After spending over $50.00 to get home and not have what we paid then call to get what we paid they just hang up on you. Only have to go spend $50.00 more dollars at Domino's (which was amazing)I call the next day to speak with a manager no answer 2 days later I get a Manager who says we can give you a Mac n cheese????? Umm...no how about all the disrespect and inconvenience we had to deal with for dinner that night. Poor customer service and disgusting food!!!

My elderly in-laws sent me to get chicken, they wanted some mashed potatoes, and 2 orders of fried okra. When I got to their house they were upset that only 1 small order of okra was there! I took pictures and fed them. The next day I took the receipt and pictures on my iPhone. The receipt said 2 orders of okra, but she told me blah blah and that’s what the manager said it was one order that came with 8 pc. dinner? No, I’m sorry or nothing from them! Apparently, this was not the first time the order was short changed! The KFC was too far, but never again at Churches!! (I’m caretaker from out of state)
