What Adolphus Rutherford doesn't like about Chopsticks Chinese:
We ordered sesame chicken which is a dish we’ve ordered from this restaurant probably 40 to 50 times in the past 4 years. What was delivered was so hot spicy that it was inedible. We called and tried to explain the lady on the phone wasn’t having it trying to tell us that we didn’t know what we were talking about. I took it back to the restaurant personally, she looked at it and said that’s sesame chicken. I asked her to taste and she refused. I asked for my money back because the dish was not palatable. Again she refused. She lost two customers in my self and wife that usually order there at least 2-3 times per month. Customer service is horrible. Blonde lady behind the counter is rude beyond Compare.
This has got to be the worse Chinese food I have ever eaten. Got the four seasons entree. Stay away from this. Chicken had no flavor, steak was rubbery. Only thing decent was shrimp and crab meat. Never again.
Very bland and the cashew chicken was mostly celery. We will not return!
Chopsticks is definitely better than the three nearby places in Milton. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s a convenient spot for dining alone. I ordered the spicy beef with mixed vegetables, roasted rice, and an egg roll. The beef was tender and not overly sauced, which is a pleasant change from some other places. I enjoyed a nice variety of vegetables, including broccoli, carrots, and water chestnuts, and the spice level was just right—perfectly balanced! The fried rice was delicious, with a generous amount of what I assume was pork. However, the egg roll was a bit disappointing; it was quite small and mostly hollow. Despite that, it was hot and cooked perfectly. Overall, I would rate this lunch a solid 4 stars. I’ll definitely return to explore more of their extensive menu.
**New Update:** I decided to give the food another try, but upon entering, I overheard the woman who took my order mocking another customer. Unfortunately, the food was terrible once again, and we ended up throwing it away. At this point, we're going to look for a different restaurant. What I initially thought was friendliness (and hoped was sincere) turned out to be insincere. It’s disappointing that the experience felt disingenuous, and the poor quality of the food left us with a bad impression and an even worse taste in our mouths.
