What April Daugherty doesn't like about Wendy's:
I came for a mobile order that was made ahead of time. It was not ready. They have taken an additional 20 mins. My order was bumped to save their late time. Then bumped from the ready status screen. No one has expressed concern in my wait or the time I have waited. The customer service and care are grossly lacking. I am not impressed and probably won’t trust them with an in advance order again. Hit or miss for food quality. Some things are a bit pricey.
WOW...didn't expect to deal with drama at a Wendy's. First of all I want to say how kind and understanding the lady was that brought our food to us. She was trying so hard to make things correct for us. However, I am assuming, it was her boss that made this one of the most difficult experiences at a fast food restaurant that we have ever had. Items missing from our order... double stack, bacon and cheese bake potato, orange frosty, and all the sauces we ordered. Took two times going inside and they refused to give us the double stack because their computer said what they gave us was correct. We even brought in the receipt. She informed us we would have to bring in the entire order for them to go through to prove we were short. Interesting concept considering this took 20 minutes and some of that food was long in the tummies of my four kids in the car. Please also note the sanitary concerns as we watched the man filling the frosties lick his fingers... (Which he probably wouldn't have had to do if they were actually frozen ... Very melted! Please don't come here. I can only imagine what goes on in the places you can't see if they act this way to your face. Very disappointed!!!!

Bacon taste like jerky , I ordered cookies and got no cookies. I do not ever receive a receipt. It happens consistently on each order.Dave would be ashamed ?
The breakfast potatoes are great, I wish they would serve them at lunchtime because they are better than the french fries.
