What Trang N doesn't like about Starbucks:
They are unfriendly. feels like every time I come they just want to make my drink fast and kick me out. I went there 5 times only 2 times they made my drink right even though I ordered the same drink. disappointed View all feedback.
When me and sister went we and I ordered a drink and they didn’t have and ingredient so I ordered something else and they were soooo slow literally slow

20 minute wait for the wrong drink they can't suck anyworse than this location
I’m a pretty big fan of Starbucks and will continue to be. However, the Ozark location needs some improvement. They need more staff at high traffic times. The line during these times is beyond long and staff honestly doesn’t seem to care or notice. I understand that patients is something everyone can learn to have more of.
