My husband and I went to Florida. On the way back we stopped for dinner. The food was hot, fresh and so good. People were brilliant and even offered to warm up our cookie and sales. They're not doing this here in Indiana. My sandwich was very fresh and the potato cakes were hot and had an amazing crunch to them, not soggy or oily. If I lived closer, that would be the Arby's I would always go. It was wonderful. View all feedback.

They messed up my order of one standard Swiss dip and their new Swiss dip with brisket and bacon. They forgot the au jus for both sandwiches making them a moot point. The assistant manager Melissa was a doll and the next day, replaced both sandwiches free of charge. Actually she redid the whole order free of charge. Sat on arbys today and asked if they still sold the loaded curly pommes and they said they weren't very upset that it is still advertised in the Google menu
I had the philly cheese steak combo and it was pretty good the meat was really tender
Many thanks to the manager who was in service today at 8:30 o'clock, she blessed us with a free breakfast combo menu. it was great to my man, who is a trucker, has a sausage and chess sandwich on sourded, big potato cake (4) and a big coffee, I must make myself in love. more beautiful place to stop and eat a bit.
I had an issue with my order, which included both a standard Swiss dip and their new Swiss dip with brisket and speck. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the au jus for both sandwiches and made that the starting point of my experience. However, Melissa, the assistant, was incredibly kind and the following day, both sandwiches were replaced at no charge. In fact, she even canceled my entire order for free. The customer service was truly excellent, and the food was great! That's how it's done! Kudos to Melissa and her team! Many fast food restaurants could learn a thing or two from them. Melissa was as sweet as could be. Thank you!
The food came out quickly, and my order was correct. Everything tasted delicious. The guy working the drive-thru was fantastic. I recommend not dining in at the moment.
