I ordered the lamb... read more I discovered this hidden gem—an authentic local pub that also offers dining. The staff was friendly, and the locals were warm and welcoming. I ordered the lamb laces and found it so delicious that I had to fight to finish it all. The portion was generous! It was lovely to sit by the fire and admire the Tudor-style beams.

This pub and restaurant is a gem of a place. The location is wonderful and the owner is a gentleman. We had lunch there today which was superb and great value. I recommend the vegetarian pizza which was fresh and extremely large as well as truly delicious! We are definitely going back there.
