I have now ordered from the Oxon Hill (Eastover) location twice, and they have not disappointed me. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, even when dealing with difficult customers. I will definitely be trying other locations of this restaurant chain, but so far, this one has been the best one I have experienced. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Silvestre Chicken:
The food is great, but my experience at this restaurant has been disappointing. Twice I ordered ahead but when I arrived, my order was not ready. I even called before leaving home both times to confirm it would be ready. This is not ideal for those who are teleworking and need to grab a quick meal. As Naomi Osaka would say, "do better". The food at this restaurant is very expensive for the quality. The portions are generous, but charging extra for toppings that should be included is disappointing. The dessert cakes are not good, especially the strawberry lemon flavor which was absolutely awful. We spent nearly $60 for two people, which I believe is unreasonable. The service was for takeout and we had lunch.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas and the chicken was covered in a salty orange sauce. The black beans were cold and the rice was soaking in grease. Overall, I was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my money. For a takeout dinner, the price per person was between $10-20.
I was disappointed with my experience at Silvestre Chicken. The Silvestre Steak I ordered was mostly fat and tough, with an off-putting seasoning. The sides, rice and black beans, also had strange flavors. The sauces provided didn't help improve the meal. The plastic utensils provided were not sufficient to cut the tough steak. I felt like I wasted $17 on a meal I didn't enjoy. The only positive aspects were the friendly and efficient service, as well as the ample parking in the shared plaza lot. This restaurant is strictly carry out with no seating inside. Overall, I would recommend avoiding the food at this establishment.
