I had the Double Decker BLT and fries. Some things are orderable from the table tablet but most things are ordered via an in-person server. There’s a TON of seating and tvs.

When the first of our group was seated, we confirmed with our servers that we could have separate c... read more We had a large group gathering on the patio with 40+ people. When the first of our group was seated, we confirmed with our servers that we could have separate checks. The food and service were excellent. However, after most of the group had finished eating, the manager, Chris Crawford, informed us that they could only split the bill into up to 5 checks, despite what we had been told by the serving staff. We tried to reason with him and mentioned that the serving staff had assured us that separate checks would be fine. We attempted to group into 5 checks, but only one combined bill came out with a total of $1400+. We had to try and split this amount among over 40 people. Throughout this process, the manager stayed hidden and left his serving staff to deal with the chaos that ensued. He offered no assistance, disappointed his staff, and ensured that our group would not be returning to this restaurant.

I w... read more We dined at this restaurant during happy hour. My favorite dishes were the Shitake Garlic Noodles, Hand-battered Chicken Tenders, and Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

When he went on his br... read more We were very pleased with our dining experience. Our waiter introduced himself and made himself available often. My soda was never empty. When he went on his break, he let us know and introduced the waitress that would take care of us until he cameback. She was also right on the ball. She gave us time enough to decide on our appetizers without feeling like we waited toolong for her too come back. They were both friendly and attentive. I wish I remembered their names so I could give them therecognition they deserve. We did have one issue with a server that brought our appetizers. She carried out both at the same timeand definitely couldn't handle their combined weight. We tried to make room for them on the table quickly but we weren't fastenough. Her strength failed and to avoid dropping the food, she shoved it on the table and knocked over my sister's drink whichspilled on her. I don't think the server noticed because she walked away as soon as the food was on the table. Our waitress wasquick to get my sister another drink and clean up the table. They comped her drink to make up for the mistake. We were happywith the resolution. The food was delicious. I ordered the korean bbq cheesesteak. It was good size and was yummy. I wasn'table to finish but it still tasted great cold. My parents had the bone in ribeye and they were cooked perfectly. The meat was sotender and seemed to melt in the mouth. Overall, we had a great time. I would highly recommend this place and look forward toreturning.
