Reviews - Wingstop
Reviews summary
This restaurant elicits a spectrum of reviews, showcasing both attentive service and significant pitfalls. While some patrons highlight the cleanliness and friendly staff—praising helpfulness and offering positive feedback on certain dishes—others lament overcooked, dry food and miscommunication regarding orders. Service inconsistencies are a recurring theme, with guests expressing frustration over delayed greetings and missing items. Additionally, experiences like serving sweet mustard instead of cheese dip, with allergy implications, underscore potential kitchen mishaps. Despite the high hopes from loyal fans, this location may not live up to the franchise's reputation. Diners seem to suggest exploring other locations for a better experience.
Was Teresa at Wingstop a mag?
The restaurant had friendly and efficient staff who were working hard to fulfill orders. It was clean and I even received assistance from a kind fellow customer who showed me how to use the soda machine. View all feedback.
What Juan Pablo Mendoza dislikes about Wingstop:
I ordered cheese dip and paid an additional fee for it, but when it arrived, there was no explanation. When I got home, I discovered it was sweet mustard instead of cheese dip. It felt like they were trying to make a fool out of me, and unfortunately, I ate it without realizing. I'm allergic to mustard, which made the situation worse. It felt like they were trying to make a fool out of me, and unfortunately, I ate it without realizing. I'm allergic to mustard, which made the situation worse. The wings were overly greasy, and the service left much to be desired. We entered the restaurant and waited for 5 minutes without even a greeting. Despite there being about seven staff members behind the counter, none of them acknowledged us. Eventually, someone from the back came out to take our order.
Terrible service every time, so many people in the back yet they can't even get ranch that I paid extra for, and I paid so much money on the order and can't get ranch. No fork for the voodoo fries, no napkins. The employees need to make sure to ask if we need anything. That's why they have the rating that they have.
Head to your kitchen and take a spoonful of salt; I guarantee it will be cheaper!
I hate to give two stars cause I love Wing Stop as a whole, but this location is a no-go.. The chicken was super over cooked and dry, a few pieces we actually couldn't get any meat out of.... The fries looked so sad too didn't have the salt and sugar combo they usually have and they were a mixture of soggy pieces with really dark brown nearly black pieces. I cant even figure out how that happened or just period what happened to this order honestly.. the register attendant was nice though! I only write the review because I hope it helps improve the quality... Wing Stop used to be a go to. Maybe just try another location..

I am absolutely enamored with this restaurant. On my first visit, I tried the Korean BBQ. I love spicy food, so I ordered it extra spicy. While it wasn't as hot as I had anticipated, it was incredibly delicious.

Went in today for the very first time, and Darlene was so patient and helpful in answering all my questions. The manager had her jumping from task to task, and she did it very well. I wasn't liking how the manager was doing it. Got the garlic parmesan boneless wings, and it was pretty salty, and the outer crust was a little hard. A little on the pricey side.
