The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Oxnard

Kaleah provided excellent customer service with a welcoming smile for everyone. However, the person making my drink kept calling out the wrong name three times, causing a delay of ten minutes. It would have been more efficient to simply call out the order rather than repeatedly saying the wrong name. It only takes a few seconds to do so.

I previously gave this restaurant a high rating, but I am lowering it after my most recent visit. Today, the staff ignored me and made me wait to place my order while they were preoccupied with other tasks like chatting with each other and organizing items. There was no gratitude or positive interaction from the staff, they simply took my order as if they were a machine.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in line to place my order, and when someone finally came to help me, they served other customers who arrived after me first. The cashier then proceeded to make the drinks without washing her hands. Despite ordering before everyone else, I had to wait until all six customers behind me received their drinks and left before mine was ready. The restaurant was crowded with nowhere to sit, some tables were occupied but had no drinks, and the front area was messy with overflowing trash cans.

Customer service is unfortunately quite slow and appears inefficient. They need a new staffing algorithm or something. Nice to have a decent alternative to Starbucks though.

Good drinks but customer service could be A LOT BETTER! I've been going for months and I see the same unfriendly clerks.
