Tacos Don Chente - Oxnard

I was just here once. quite good eating and a trip thru. can not wait to come back and try them some different things.

I personally go only for the ceviche but their tortas and tacos are also quite good! the tortas a huge and could be total for two lol. service is very friendly and they are quite fast to get their order to them.

The food was really great, I had the cárnitas combo and my wife had the 3 enchiladas combo.

Placed our order by phone waiting in the thru line running for 30 minutes. my friend ordered the chilaquiles and I got the machaca burrito. no one was edible. the burrito was actually so disgusting our dog (who we call mulle disposal) would not even eat it! and she eats everything! the chilaquiles that we so salty and the egg looked strange.

Hello, normally I don’t write negative reviews but over the years, the service has been poor. I went in today around 7:45pm and placed an order. The cashier was taking our order while looking at her messages and replying on her watch. She completed our order and my husband and I waited for our food. We were never asked or told it would have to be a to go order! My husband asked for chips and was told rudely were closing and we charge for the chips. He went to look at his order and noticed he wasn’t given his tortillas and asked for them she rudely handed them to him and told him we had to get out because they were closed. There was another couple who also sat down and where told to leave while they were trying to enjoy their meal. I found this extremely disrespectful to both parties. They failed to let us know we had to have the orders to go. The other party was upset and packed their food and left. I think the cashiers should have been kind enough to let us finish our meals. They failed to tell us our orders where to go only. If we would have been told this then this incident would have been a different story. it did upset me and I asked for the cashiers name (no name tags) but she said her name’s Lucy and her manager’s name is Victor.
