Her upbeat attitude truly distinguishes her from other Subway employees, which is why I choose to visit this location specifically. Interacting with her is a delight, and her sandwiches are always well-made and neatly presented. Kathy is truly a gem.

While I understand it's a minimum wage job and they might feel inclined to do the bare minimum, in a fast food setting, it's important to be quick, energetic, and treat customers with courtesy. Unfortunately, I did not experience this during my visit to this Subway location.
