I managed to go in and wash my hands, but I noticed a sign saying it was out of service to keep other customers out. Unfortunately, I have a strict drink policy. When I requested ice, they informed me that the machine wasn't working; however, I saw someone else successfully use it. The attendant then claimed that there were no cups available due to the manager's orders. I've noticed that some Subway locations seem to be using the pandemic as an excuse to significantly cut costs, resulting in smaller sandwiches and diminished food quality and customer service.

While making my sandwich, she started playing with her hair, which was off-putting. When I politely requested extra sauce, she gave me an unpleasant look, mumbled in irritation, and then carelessly tossed my sandwich onto the cash register. Due to this experience, I decided not to purchase my meal.
