I was worried I never had a good vegan smoking, but this place filled my dreams! the broth is perfectly aromatized and so savory. they give them many tasty sweets (and they adapt to which), but not too much, and the noodles are perfect and not soggy fast. the avocado is an excellent replacement for a ov because there is to them the Umami taste they are used while cruelty free!
