This restaurant is fantastic! Stop reading and start ordering your meal. I have been to this place several times and I have never been disappointed. They offer a wide variety of Ramen options to choose from. My go-to is the blaze. I usually order it medium and then add some chili paste on the side to adjust the spiciness to my liking. What Sara Sarita doesn't like about Silverlake Ramen:
As a lover of ramen and someone who enjoys exploring different dishes, I was disappointed by this restaurant. The pork ramen was overwhelming with a rich soy-based cream that made me feel queasy. The pork itself was tough, dry, and tasted old. After a small bite, I couldn't finish the rest. I had ordered spicy ramen but received a mild version, so I had to add chili paste to add some heat. Today, my wife ordered the classic Ramen so I will update you on how that was. As I look at the menu now, I am tempted to try the crispy chicken ramen, which looks really delicious. Currently, the restaurant is only offering takeout. They have outdoor seating with tables available, which is a nice spot to enjoy your meal. Once again, I cannot recommend their Ramen enough!

The pork itself was tough, dry, and tasted old. After a small bite, I couldn't finish the rest. I had ordered spicy ramen but received a mild version, so I had to add chili paste to add some heat. Adding heat during the cooking process can make a big difference. I also tried the chicken ramen that my friend ordered, which was average at best. The Vegan Bun had too much sauce, overpowering any other flavors. The tofu bowl, however, was enjoyable. The service was also incredibly slow, with a 40-minute wait for our food and multiple requests for condiments.
I really enjoy this restaurant. The ramen is incredibly tasty and satisfying. I ordered the vegetable ramen and the serving was very generous - I couldn't finish it all in one go. My sister and daughter tried the chicken and pork original ramen, respectively. I will definitely return in the future and would recommend it to anyone who hasn't been there yet.
