On Fridays and Saturdays, there's a live singer performing in the style of Norah Jones, and she is phenomenal—she truly elevates the experience. I tried the filet mignon and shrimp, and it was exceptional! You will definitely be impressed.

I've never had swordfish that tasted this good—it's perfectly cooked, flavorful, and juicy. The salads were also fantastic, and the mac and cheese was wonderfully rich and indulgent.

The... read more We came here once when it was Cocovin, and have been here twice since it was changed to Salt Waterside Bistro. The location is nice with great water views. The interior has a nice open layout with plenty of tables and a number of bar seats. We've tried a number of items and the food is good. The filet is a great deal as the cuts we've received are quite large. Definitely worth a visit.

The prices are reasonable for the quality of the menu options. The food brought back memories of a restaurant in Jacksonville that I adored.
