Our server hardly checked on us, didn't clear any plates, and we had to ask for everything without any anticipation of our needs. She seemed too shy to engage with us, which was disappointing. My dining companion and I both felt the same way.

However, after waiting for over half an hour without any service, we had to flag someone down. After about ten minutes, a maitre d' approached us, apologized, and promised that someone would be with us shortly. A few minutes later, our waiter arrived to take our order. Meanwhile, a couple was seated at the table next to us, and their waiter promptly took their orders. They enjoyed drinks and appetizers while we continued to wait. Our drinks eventually arrived, but it wasn't until after seven that our food was served. Although the portions were quite small, the food was delicious—the swordfish was delicate and moist. Overall, the amazing food was overshadowed by the terrible service.
