The managers completely lack the skills needed, which is why the staff struggles to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The food often arrives cold, and no matter the time of day, the drive-thru wait is always around 30 minutes. They might claim it's because they're busy, but that's not true! The real issue is poor training provided by the management. Definitely not a good experience, and the menu quality suffers as a result.
