The only drawback is that the medium size is more like a small, and the large is actually a medium. Despite that, the coffee is so delicious that my wife and I would absolutely return for it, size issue notwithstanding. Krispy Kreme is conveniently located right next to McDonald's, so if you're looking for lower-quality coffee for just $1 through their app, you can opt for McDonald's instead.

Unfortunately, I noticed that the service wasn’t as friendly as it used to be, even though the place was not busy at that time in the evening. To make things worse, they crushed the last donut in the box to make it fit. Furthermore, they no longer offer samples (which might have changed during Covid), and that’s disappointing because it was always the best part—getting to enjoy a fresh donut straight from the fryer.

In my many trips to the South I could not help but come across some of the best donuts I've ever had. So happy to be able drive 5min away and come back with a little taste of the South for the family.

A guy with curly hair at the entrance told me the lobby was closed and suggested I use the drive-thru instead. Since it was my first time at this location, I didn't realize the lobby closed earlier than advertised. I decided to go through the drive-thru. While waiting at the window for our donuts, I saw a white couple approach the entrance, and the same guy let them in to buy donuts. It felt discriminatory as a person of color. I considered letting it go since I still got my donuts, but I've been thinking about it ever since. Unfortunately, the donuts weren’t worth the hassle. We received cold, hard donuts that felt like biting into a stick of butter. After just one bite of two donuts, we ended up throwing the whole box away. I've had much better experiences at other locations, like the one in Burbank.

I ended up getting a dozen assorted varieties. The selection at the donut counter was impressive. I also appreciated the military discount – thank you for that!
