It doesn't matter if you're inside or out. The food is so delicious he loves the chilaquiles verdes, chicken fried steak for me. The portion is large but filling. Their homemade banana bread is very good. This is definitely our morning spot when eating out. We have never been disappointed. I love this spot.

The scrambled eggs were so dry even hospital eggs aren 't that dry. The French toast was tasteless and burnt. My partners house potatoes were basically slices of potatoe and they include a salt and pepper packet for seasoning. That 's all the flavor you get with those.

Really enjoyed getting breakfast here, no wait to be seated on a Thursday morning, food came out very quickly. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, we sat inside but the outside seating has a beautiful view of the channel islands harbor. Will absolutely go back next time I'm in the area!
