My husband order... read more We weren't informed about all the sauces available for our chips, and to make matters worse, they forgot to include the chips in our order bag. My husband ordered a two-piece meal with two chicken breasts, but he only received one breast and one chicken wing, which really upset him. We went through the drive-thru, so we didn't realize this until we got home, and we weren't going to drive all the way back.

I went to the El Pollo Loco location on Saviers Road, Oxnard and I bought their 8 piece family meal to go.When I got home I was shocked and dismayed to see all... read more I went to the El Pollo Loco location on Saviers Road, Oxnard and I bought their 8 piece family meal to go.When I got home I was shocked and dismayed to see all 8 pieces of chicken was burnt and too dry to eat. The meal was supposed to have 4 legs and 4 thighs but I got 5 legs and 3 thighs. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the meal I received at this El Pollo location
