The management clearly has a good handle on things and the service is top-notch. This place outshines even the local Taco Bell in Canal Islands.

My friend was stuck inside the restaurant because an angry homeless person was pounding... read more I ordered 5 tacos and 5 burritos, and it took 40 minutes to get my food. My friend was stuck inside the restaurant because an angry homeless person was pounding on the door. The staff wouldn’t let him use the restroom. Finally, when the police showed up, they unlocked the door and started preparing our order. There seems to be a significant issue with them refusing restroom access to certain customers, even after they’ve placed an order.

Instead of offering help, the manager chose to yell at her while she counted money in plain sight. I believe it would be beneficial to provide better training for your management team.
