I'm not the only one that notices.

I had a big order of 16 tacos and a large Fish combo added without asking me what kind of sauce I wanted in... read more I had a horrible experience today and drive-through. I had a big order of 16 tacos and a large Fish combo added without asking me what kind of sauce I wanted in the bag put a couple of spicy hot sauce and then I checked the bag and I said well I need a handful of the mild sauce. My kids do not eat spicy sauce. She was very rude Slammed The window at us because we said we wanted more of the mild sauce that we needed. She was only giving Us like about 4 mild sauces for 16 tacos I said no, we need more at least 1 per taco so she completely ignored us !!!!! and then one of the drive-through employees was going to handle us the mild sauce. She literally snatch the sauce out of that employee which look like a minor who gives her the right to touch and put hands another employee that look like a minor.??? we waited there for more than 10 minutes because I noticed that we were missing our receipt and I needed it to complain to corporate. There was customers behind us waiting she did not care. Finally another good employee came and said, what do you need? I said all I need is a little handful of mild sauce for my tacos, and a And my receipt And we left on our way, but the whole experience ruined our Lunch this is a horrible place Del Taco really needs to know who they hire. This is the so-called manager that mistreats Underage, minor employees and gives horrible Customer service Be aware people that come here I gave it a one star because I cannot give it zero stars. I also have Video Of the Incident !!! And I will post a picture of what this ridiculous lady was giving us for 16 tacos 4 sauces is not enough for 16 tacos make the math

The chicken habanero tacos are tasty, and the quesadillas and bean and cheese burritos are great as well. The donut holes are amazing!
