What Joel Garcia dislikes about Chick-fil-A:
Sauce limit. Personally, I don't mind that there's a limit on sauces, but I do take issue with how it's communicated to customers. People are already spending their hard-earned cash on fast food, feeling like they're getting ripped off as it is. I don't appreciate being served lukewarm chicken nuggets with restrictions on sauces. Next time, we'll just go to Raising Cane's instead. View all feedback.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was barely warm. The bun old and falling apart. It gave me a stomach ache. Never again. Gross.
The lines can be long but you get through relatively fast. The food is always fresh and consistent. The staff is always energetic, friendly, and professional.
