I had a letdown at this restaurant. I ordered a Hershey’s chocolate pie, but it was melted when I opened the box. Additionally, my milkshake was only half full instead of filled to the top. I don’t intend to return.
Everything at Burger King was absolutely flawless! I was worried they might make a mistake, but the entire menu exceeded my expectations.
The drive-thru took more than 20 minutes, and I was given only 6 pieces instead of the 8-piece chicken nuggets I ordered. It would be helpful if the staff could at least count to 10.
On Friday, September 9, 2022, at 5:20 PM, I tried to use two coupons at the restaurant. I understand that BK has a policy limiting one coupon per person. However, I explained to the shift manager that the other person was in the car with someone who uses a wheelchair, which is why I wanted to use both coupons. The shift manager insisted that the other person had to come inside to complete the purchase. When I asked for a business card with the store manager's name, I was told that they do not provide that information. I then requested the name of the shift manager, as she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but I was informed that they could refuse service.
