The entire dining... read more Buffalo Wild Wings here in Oxnard was pretty off the other night. It was a bit after 10pm when we came inside and they don?t close till 12am. The entire dining room was already shut down and the outside area. No one ever greeted us near the door inside,no one ever sat us or acknowledge use for quite some time. Another guest had come in and said maybe we just sit ourselves, so wedid that. And still no one from the restaurant came over to help us or talk to us. We were looking at the QR menus on our phonesand maybe 25mins passed and finally a waitress came over took our drink order and gave use some paper menus. The place wasn?tbusy at all yet the food and the service took extremely long the entire night. A total of 5 of us sat and ate. Food was verysubpar the other night, tasted kinda old and over cooked and cold somehow. We ordered some tots, one with chicken and one withbrisket and they had maybe 2 ounces of meat on the item. The waitress was still doing her best, seemingly alone and was kind butwe didn?t get out of there till maybe right at 12am. Definitely don?t recommend this place any time soon and I won?t be back tothis location willingly for some time either. Please do better cause the food used to be pretty decent here and the service.

We were seated, taken our order and got ou... read more We've been avoiding coming here because of the reviews. Well we finally decided to take a chance and I'm glad we did! We were seated, taken our order and got our food and drinks all within 35mins. Service was good,place was clean,everyone looked busy,noone standing around on their phone like other reviews stated. The server came back to check on us a few times. I was verypleased. Good job guys!

Was oit to dinner with friends and everyone got their food except me. Took over an hour to get a burger in which i never got. When i first asked about my food as everyone else got theres the server said it was cause they are busy.The resturand was at most 1/3 full. Then finally i was brought the wrong burger. So i told the waitress to bring me the check.And that im not paying for a burger i didn 't get. At wich point she got the manager who then accused us of cursing at thewaitress who supposedly was out back crying and told us to have a heart because their burger cook just quit right then. Nevergoing back die to lack of service and disrespectful staff
