Pizza Hut

Update to my review of last week: The Hut still has not answered my complaint that I paid for beverage and it was not delivered. Tried to get the Manager name at this Oxford, ME location and all I got was a link to APPLY for the manager position. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They will be happy to take your money for the product they don't deliver and their customer service will give you the run-around and then completely ignore you.

I ordered for curbside delivery. I checked in through my email. I waited ten minutes and called the business. A man answered and I told him that I was outside waiting for my pizza, and he said he could change it for delivery. I explained two more times that I was there for curbside and he kept trying to tell me that they could deliver to my home. I went inside to get the pizza. I told the woman I was waiting for curbside and I had checked in a while ago. She just shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know. I told her I spoke to a man and what he said, and she said I don’t know alwith another shrug of her shoulders. I didn’t even have an issue with going inside but you offered the choice. I sat waiting for a long while with no service. Don’t offer services and leave your customers waiting because you aren’t going to do it

Very very very BAD. All you get is an automated moron. Can't get a HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE. WHEN YOU EVENTUALLY DO ITS AN IDIOT FROM MALAYSIA ROLLING HIS FUNKY TONGUE ONLY TO PLACE YOU ON HOLD. AGAIN. WTH. HOW DOES ANYONE EVEN PLACE AN ORDER? SIMPLY RIDICULOUS

This Pizza Hut is such a blast from the past. The food and service was great. I love that. Everything still looks the same from when I was a kid. Don’t ever change Pizza Hut!

The food was great. The service behind the order desk was great. They did their best considering they were very short-handed. I hear they will be closing some of the Pizza Hut restaurants, and that makes me very sad. Pizza Hut makes the best pizza.
