I wish I could give this restaurant a zero rating! This is the second time I've had a customer service issue with the unprofessional staff and management at this establishment. They are lazy and unwilling to work, making up their own policies that are not mentioned on Jimmy John's website, especially when it comes to delivery. They refused to serve me when I tried to buy multiple fountain drinks without ordering food... View all feedback.
I had the same sandwich at another JJ and it was delicious. This place, not so much. The bread was too chewy, and the sandwich just wasn't the same
The sandwiches were disgusting like the business at this location. I'm not sure if Sam works there anymore but he was great 2020 and 2021. We were traveling from Texas, and this is by far the worst location. Is everyone from Mississippi suffering from animpariment or disorder. Not to mention the gross people taking the order spitting from the mouth.

I ordered the Beach club sandwich on whole wheat and it was absolutely delicious. The sandwich was huge and the bread and toppings tasted fresh. The store was clean and the service was friendly.
The staff at Jimmy Johns in Oxford is incredibly welcoming and speedy. You can always count on a satisfying experience at this restaurant.
