What S3305JLjennifers doesn't like about Itsu:
Very small portions and I am not a big eater. They only half filled our take out containers and we didn’t ask for takeout. Too much sauce not enough vegetables. Nice taste to sauce on Korean undo. Definitely not as pictured. Was all noodles sauce and pees. Great takeo outrefillable water bottles water View all feedback. What AMBLBHBW likes about Itsu:
Sushi meals really good, but pricey, as expected from this chain. Had to pay by card as no cash payments allowed. This seems to be the normal in Oxford, everywhere seems to be card only except Wetherspoons. The ATMs also didn't work to withdraw cash, even Sainsbury's ATM was out of order. Not everyone uses cards and apps. Some people prefer to use cash when travelling. Establishments could be losing much needed trade... View all feedback.

read moreItsu brings a varied menu of Thai, Japanese, and Oriental dishes, often praised for their fresh flavors and health-conscious offerings. While some diners delight in generous portions and half-price sushi during late hours, others express disappointment over the cashless payment system, citing limited options for those who prefer cash transactions. Despite the occasional inconsistency in portion sizes and service, the vibrant atmosphere and quick service make it a popular choice. For those seeking a quick, satisfying meal in a bustling environment, Itsu remains a noteworthy stop, even with some minor drawbacks.
