These people don't know anything about customer service and treat non white people like they are a nuisance. The food is nothing to ride home about as people keep telling me it is amazing. I found the food rubbery and dry. Also one of the managers (a guy that chats in Turkish smiling making jokes) eats the food he is preparing and does not wash his hands. I had no chance to eat Turkish in the turkey, so this place was quite authentic for me. the Turkish coffee here is strong, thick and best served with a fresh piece of Turkish delight, baklava. baklava is a nutty, syrupy, baked dessert, decorated in bottom pistachios, baklava is sweet and unique and should be eaten fresh! the waiters here are very friendly. this place has never hurt my bags even though I was a student. one of my favorite places for me and my friends to have so delicious bites!
This place is located in cowley road. probably best kebab in oxford. large portion size and average prices. yogurd kebab was good for united kingdom, but average for truthahn
Great eating in the late night. Maybe it wouldn't eat there while sober.
They served lamb shank that had clearly gone bad. I told them about it and did not eat it. The manager kept arguing that it was perfectly cooked and Turkish delight. They did not even bother asking me to not pay although I did not eat anything. So I paid the full amount for tasting the meat that had gone bad. Please do not go here to waste your money and be treated badly.
I’ve been in Bodrum with my friend for food and they give us what they want. Not what I really want and they are rude. I don’t like this place one star is too much for them.
