This restaurant in Oxford is one of the rare gems that serves authentic Turkish kebab cooked on real charcoal. The prices are reasonable and the flavors are fantastic. The place tends to be crowded, so expect a bit of a wait before getting your food. However, it is definitely worth it. View all feedback.
I had no chance to eat Turkish in the turkey, so this place was quite authentic for me. the Turkish coffee here is strong, thick and best served with a fresh piece of Turkish delight, baklava. baklava is a nutty, syrupy, baked dessert, decorated in bottom pistachios, baklava is sweet and unique and should be eaten fresh! the waiters here are very friendly. this place has never hurt my bags even though I was a student. one of my favorite places for me and my friends to have so delicious bites!
This place is located in cowley road. probably best kebab in oxford. large portion size and average prices. yogurd kebab was good for united kingdom, but average for truthahn
Great eating in the late night. Maybe it wouldn't eat there while sober.
This Turkish halal restaurant in Oxford, located on the popular Cowley Road, is surprisingly spacious despite its small exterior. The prices are very reasonable and the mixed donor kebabs were a definite highlight. However, the hummus was slightly disappointing and could use more olive oil. Overall, it was a satisfying dinner with the family.
