Subway - Owingsville

Doesn’t have any toppings here, doesn’t inform you when what you’ve ordered won’t have everything that comes on it, doesn’t discount sandwiches based on what wasn’t actually put on it. Bad service.

Absolutely horrible. Made my sandwich wrong then refused to fix the problem. Horrible customer service.

Everytime I come to this subway regardless of the time of day, they are always out of Italian herbs and cheese. Tonight the GM was very frazzled to start with breathing heavily, sweating and running around like she didn't know what she was doing. When I asked a simple question, instead of explaining it to me she instantly got rude and nasty with me and literally mashed my tuna down with a tomato and without gloves and continued to belittle me and tell me she was allergic to seafood... Then why touch my food with out gloves? Avoid this subway.

Prices are higher here than other subways. Most coupons from the app don't work either. Better off going to mount sterling or Morehead instead.

I ordered online got 3 subs all were supposed to be toasted and none were, i had to call 2 times for an answer and then they wanted me to drive back take the food away from my kids and grandma that had already eaten a few bites out of their food so I can get mine replaced where I am pregnant and can’t eat raw deli ? pretty sure Covid wise they can’t take food back and then told me I could toast them myself I ORDERED THEM TOASTED FOR A REASON
