It took a really long time for anyone to take our order! When the staff member finally came to the register, she mentioned that there were only two people working that day. She apologized for the delay, explaining they were overwhelmed with the drive-thru orders. I want to give a shout-out to Miranda for her excellent service!
If Judy is working the order will always be correct and fresh if not, it seems to lack those two things 5 stars for judy!
I visited this restaurant for a quick dinner to skip the hassle of cooking, and I was delighted by how quickly my order was ready. I received my meal in no time, and it was all delicious. At first, I wondered if something was missing because the service was so fast, but everything I ordered was included in the bag. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better.
Food here is very good for this chain but the service needs vast improvement. The people are nice enough. But! Even if you have to tell them your order several times, check it before you leave. If they tell you it's a 5 minute wait, plan for 15 to 20 minutes.
Terrible service, the cashier is in a bad mood, it doesn't make me want to come
