The most friendly McDonald's I have been to. I used to love going to McDonald's since it USED to be a great place to go on a budget but now it's just as high as everywhere else! You used to be able to feed a family of three for 10 bucks but now your lucky to spend less than 25! This is a brand new McDonald's, and it shows. The staff are cheerful and happy to take your order!
We're charged for items that we didn't receive this has happened more than once. The customer service within the establishment is subpar to best. Will definitely Drive the extra distance to Mount Sterling from here on out because at least when we go there we get the correct items.
Don't order at this place using door dash did not get order and McDonald's did nothing about it stay
Paid over $40 for fries that were cold and had no salt AT ALL! Also got a Big Mac but the sauce was applied like it’s the war of 1812 and we are rationing our supplies.
