Baskin-robbins - Owings Mills

I ordered a hot fudge sundae with one scoop and wet nuts. I could hardly find the hot fudge! I watched as the staff member pressed down on the hot fudge machine, and it delivered only about half of what would be a normal serving. The scoop of ice cream was also very small, and my husband’s scoop was just as lacking. I won't be returning here. I'd prefer to buy the ingredients at the grocery store and make it myself! This is definitely not the Baskin Robbins I remember from the past!

JD Riam, the manager on duty, was completely unhelpful with our DoorDash order. He insisted that he couldn’t assist because DoorDash orders come through the app, not the phone. I even offered to come to the drive-thru to resolve the issue, but he refused to help. As a manager, this is remarkably irresponsible, especially considering we were missing three items from our order. Having been a manager myself and currently working in customer service, I know there are straightforward ways to address such problems. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a warm cookie sundae, but the cookie was just as cold as the ice cream. And just to clarify, hot fudge and chocolate syrup are not the same thing. I could have probably gotten a better sundae from McDonald's.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Unlike other establishments, they don’t offer Cotton Candy, Daquiri Ice, or Orange Sherbet. The workers don’t wear gloves at all, even those who are directly handling the food. I really can’t stand this place. It should have a sign that says, "Free Germs" above the entrance.

AWFUL!!!! I ordered two milkshakes through DoorDash, but instead, I received a couple of scoops of ice cream. When I inquired about it, they informed me that their shake machine was broken. They had my phone number and could have easily called to confirm whether I wanted ice cream instead of milkshakes, but their service is terrible!!!! It's the worst I've ever experienced. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could rate it zero stars, I absolutely would. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience there; it's consistently disappointing, yet I kept giving them chances. No more! I truly believe in resolving issues, but these people are so incompetent that I will NEVER return!!! On top of that, when I called to speak with the manager about what happened, they simply hung up on me. They need to be shut down!!!
