This breakfast buffet is a truly hidden treasure! It is only open on Sundays and serves the best breakfast. The staff is friendly, but the best part is the history behind the restaurant. The entire place is like a historical museum. We enjoy exploring all the artifacts, especially the room dedicated to WWII memorabilia. View all feedback.
It's simply the best breakfast eating available. Take time to enjoy every memory that is posted on the walls.
If you love family owned/operated, authentic, stick to your ribs food this is your place. If you love anything nostalgic, memorabilia, military, movie related this is also your place! Side note featured on American Pickers just a yr or so ago. The people are homegrown, friendly, call you by your given name or names like “Honey”, “Baby”, and other such terms of endearment. The chicken is better than your momma used to make, hot fresh donuts and country ham it’s reasonably priced for the experience! Open only on Sunday so get there while you can! Nothing on the menu that isn’t steeped in southern fried tradition hospitality is FREE!
My wife and I live in Louisville ky. Seen Windy Hollows page on Facebook. Rode the motorcycle there for brunch today. The food was good home cooking and the owner treated us like family. We loved all the memorabilia on the walls.
Love this place! Great food! Awesome and friendly service. Where else does the owner bring you fresh warm doughnuts right out of the oven!
Some of the best food in Owensboro. Love this place.
