Rally's Hamburgers - Owensboro

Wanted a burger and only found disappointment in how cold the food was when I received it. I was literally the only person in line, and I was more than kind to the employees by giving them only one thing to make. Hope this place is getting proper healthinspections. Terrible fast food (poisoning)

We went and we ordered big sandwiches only to get the smallest ones. This was truly saddening. My kids were starving and this was going to be their treat. It was Melanie working the cash register. If you receive her do not expect the correct order. Shewill only make the easiest.

The service was above and beyond. Not only were they very helpful. Dey made the experience warm. They took our order even though we were a bit late fir the walk ins. It was fast and da food was great. I've recommended this place to many of my friendsfrom work and neighbors.

Rally's You know, I never ate Rally's until about a year and change ago. That was a mistake. Holy cow... It's good food for cravings. I have no complaints about any Rally's I've ever been to. But I do have a complaint about how I couldn't find mykeys this morning? Ever feel like when you go to sleep and wake up the next morning someone comes in your apartment and movesstuff around? Like tiny elves or gerbils or something? Which is weird because I own neither. Anyway, Rally's is good food forwhen you got a bad craving for it.

I am mad as heck. I havent ate here in years because service and cleanliness. nothing changed in over 5 years. I just spent $8.55 on a fish sandwich fries and a drink. all I got to eat was the fries. I'll call in the morning and reach out to corporate. my sprite taste like carbonation because the machine was out. my sandwich was cold. cheese not melted. i only wanted cheese notarter. they tried to reheat a patty. I asked for Buffalo sauce they were out. ask for hotsauce they were out. she said theyonly had honey mustard and ranch. the fact that they didn't have pride to make fresh food is trash. I knew for some reason,because of how fast I got a fish sandwich, it was going to be nasty. if your hungry late night. stay hungry and don't waste youmoney. it's 12pm and they have 2 hrs left open and think this is acceptable. they need to be closed down. atore the non ediblesammich apart and this is what I saw
