We had a party of four (one was almost three years) and he was quite the handful. Thankfully, we didn’t have any flack from the staff. What User doesn't like about O'charley's Restaurant Bar:
Terrible service and really dirty all over!!!! If the front of the resturant is this filthy, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. The food takes forever and is still somehow cold. French fries were inedible, but couldn't be replaced. The employees are unkempt and rude. Some of them smell like they haven't bathed in a week or more. The prices have only gone up as the portions go down. Avoid at all costs!!!! View all feedback.
Brittany (I think her name was) was a big server. Great attitude, helpful. Service was a little slow, but it was a Friday night with big parties. I got steamed broccoli that came raw, but they replaced it without problems and it was tasty. Good chicken as usual!
The manager Courtney was amazing with helping me pull together a big lunch when I mistakingly placed my order at another location; I was having a very off day.? Marisa is the to go specialist in Owensboro Kentucky and was helpful and curious also when I realize I mistakenly messed up. I highly recommend this location!! ?

The food was good I got the Southwest Burger and fries it was really good. The rolls are good, but the butter for the rolls could have been better the butter is the different than what they used to use and comes in little cups now, well it has for awhile, and it's nothing close to the butter they used to serve. But the service was great and very helpful
The food was hot and fresh. The sweet tea left something being desired. The waitress and staff were very friendly. Recommended.
