Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Owensboro

I just had a wonderful experience at Dairy Queen! We stopped in for lunch and some treats. The employee behind the counter was incredibly friendly and efficient. He was on top of everything! He provided spoons, napkins, and more before we even had to ask. I spotted some cupcakes in the freezer and was thrilled! I will definitely be coming back!

I didn't have high expectations since it's a Dairy Queen, but the experience was disappointing. The person at the drive-thru seemed confused and struggled to process a credit card. On top of that, they messed up my order of three items. It was really unfortunate. The ice cream was tasty, though!

I give a three star because they have good food but a bit of bad service right now I mean lobby service ends at 4:00 o’clock and starts at 11:00 o’clock that’s terrible

I didn't have high expectations since it's just a milk bar. The service was confusing, and I had no clue what was happening. I tried to pay with a credit card but ended up messing up my order of three items. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. What a shame!

I experienced fantastic service at this location, which is quite uncommon, especially in fast food restaurants. I waited less than five minutes for my meal, and it was served hot. This is one of the best Dairy Queen locations I've visited!
