Aside from forgetting the shake I ordered with my meal, everything was great as always. I absolutely love their soft serve ice cream, and their Blizzards are amazing! I visited again yesterday, and aside from one staff member who didn't know where the online orders were, everything was excellent. I also recommend downloading their app for some fantastic coupons. I'll start with the positives: they have later hours than other Dairy Queens (sometimes). However, the reasons for my one-star review are numerous. They barely mix their Blizzards, so the candy is mostly at the top half. On many nights, they either close early or claim that their ice cream machine is down, leaving them without ice cream. I'll start with the good one first. they are open later than the other milk queen 's(sometimes) and now with why it is a star evaluation. they barely mix their blizzards, where the sweetness is only in the upper half. in many nights they will either simply close or say our ice machine is down below we do not have any ice and when they buy a medium they get small causation that they do not fill it as they should, I will share a picture of it next time. their prices are too strict-D.Q.-lous to have this kind of experience.
Placed my order at the drive through, paid and was told to pull up and my food would be out shortly. after ten minutes and seeing other people go inside and come out with their orders I still didn't have mine. I finally just left.
I went through the drive thru and they asked me to pull forward and they would bring g it out ok no big deal I work fast food myself I get it but the manager brought my food out and she had the most hateful look on her face and basically dropped the bag in my lap. I'm a manager myself and there is no excuse for taking your frustration out on your customers. They are your bread and butter.
