The burgers here are among the best you can find at a fast food restaurant. I used the drive-thru, which usually takes a bit longer, but this time it moved quickly. I really enjoyed the meal, though I found it to be a little on the pricey side.

The food here was good as usual. Friendly customer service food brought out to the table with a smile butter burgers are very yummy, and you can't beat the frozen custard.

I ordered a kids' meal that was supposed to come with pretzel bites, but when I got home, I discovered I had received a chicken sandwich instead. While mistakes happen, I thought it could be easily resolved. My child was upset, so I called the restaurant and spoke with Layla Murray, who claimed to be a manager. To my surprise, she told me that I would not receive the missing pretzel bites unless I returned both the incorrect item and my receipt. This meant I had to go back to the restaurant, repurchase the pretzel bites, and spend more money at Culver’s—despite them being the ones at fault. I could understand the policy if I weren’t allowed to return the wrong item, but since I was, this felt very unfair. Layla's handling of the situation was disappointing, and the overall attitude of the staff was quite rude.
