I have a lot of respect for the staff at this restaurant, but the way they are overworked makes it difficult to retain everyone. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
We visited the restaurant yesterday and ordered a double-square meal along with several other dishes. When we got home and started to eat, we discovered that the patties were still raw! I reached out to the manager, who agreed to replace the order. However, since we had already traveled all the way home, another family member had to make a separate meal to avoid us going back. Fast food doesn’t seem as fast as it used to be, but I go here anyway! The staff are friendly and usually greet you with a smile. I do wish they would remember to include a straw and napkins more often.
The order was incomplete, and the sauces that should have accompanied our meals were also missing. The lines were exceptionally long, and the service was lacking. Not only were we overcharged, but our orders were also shortchanged.
Update: I just came back for dinner and I have to say that both the service and the food were excellent tonight! It's a complete turnaround from my last visit.
The drive thru service really needs an overhaul. The individual who takes the order does not understand how to navigate between the lanes. I was given my order on the outside lane and noticed my order was being recorded on the inside lane, the inside lanewas being ignored. It would make since to close down the inside lane during rush times to keep the confusion and frustration ofcustomers low.
The fries were hot, but the burger was a bit too pink in the middle.
