Swiss Chalet - Owen Sound

We had a fantastic date night and decided to wrap it up with dinner here. Our waitress, Jennifer, was a delight and even promised to discuss the idea of bottomless beers along with the soft drinks with management. This place always delivers a classic dining experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to our waitress, Ange. She ensured our glasses were never empty and always greeted us with a smile. What I admired the most was the way she interacted with all her customers. Her compassion for the elderly and the positive energy she brought to every table was remarkable. She truly deserves the Waitress of the Year award—just watching her brighten everyone’s day made me smile!

We had a fantastic lunch yesterday. The food was served hot, ample, and absolutely delicious. What stood out the most were our servers, Ang and Jen. They were exceptional—efficient, friendly, and very personable. It’s been a while since we experienced such excellent old-fashioned service from such lovely ladies!

Ordered roast beef sandwiches for family members. They were cold and were just dry meat and plain white bread lmao. We added lettuce and gravy, couldn’t save it. 10/10 would not eat here again.

Just received my order with a side garden salad. Shocked that less than half of the salad container was full. It looks like someone removed more than half of the salad. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Who is looking after your quality control. Once is a mistake but twice you are ripping off your customers.
