What Keri Ann doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
It's been a long time since I had a Big Mac and when I finally did splurge and have one, I was completely shocked by what a pathetic excuse for a couple of hamburger patties that was! They are literally at least a full third smaller than they used to be in diameter and thickness. Food is mcdongles, so it's not great.Service was slow but accurate. Under staffed, the employee's working, although very dedicated to satisfy each hungry customer while smiling, they were stretched way too thin over lunch time on the weekend. Just watching them, I was concerned of employee burnout.Atmosphere is Walmart, so again not amazing
Well I have had enough of this place. I normally don't say anything bad because everyone is entitled to a bad day. Now the last 3 x my order has been wrong. Wrong with replacement I can handle. Missing items tick me off! Went for supper. Pick up after I just worked my 12 hr shift. Get dinner drive home, sit down to eat and my order isn't in there. Again normally I would just be grumpy but not say anything. This time I called. He was very nice on the phone, said just come and pick up another, no ty, I just got home after15 hrs away from home, I do not want to jump back in the car and drive across town again!! No problem, took my name and and said I could go get it the next day. So I tried. When I got there the new manager apologized and said sorry only breakfast items ATM as it was too early. I said ok, I will have 2 egg McMuffins then . She says you can have one. I say what I ordered was $15. So I think it's fair to give me 2 $4 sandwiches in it's place, seeing as I didn't get supper and now I'm starving. She made me wait again while she called someone, came back and said no only one, so I say not good enough, and left. Out my money, and now without 2 meals!! Grrrr
This is by far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I have never experienced service this slow at any establishment. Not even worth the one star rating.
Typical McDonald. Buts 3 visits and app never works so I lost my points.
McDonald’s is predictable. That’s why we like it. Forget the big Mac or the little kids hamburger, go for the Mc double. It’s tasty and it’s a good deal. And there is a guy who works here, he was working on Tuesday night, and all I can say is what a nice person. He is helpful, friendly to young, and old alike. He appeared to be running the whole show himself lol.I found this McDonald’s to be a consistently good location. They must have a good manager.
